Brittany Murphy's Death Certificate

TMZ of course has obtainted Brittany's death certificate..you can barley see it but the manner of death is checked as "pending investigation." The immediate cause of death says, "deferred."As for manner, the possibilities include accident, natural, homicide, suicide and undetermined. As for cause, the L.A. County Coroner is awaiting toxicology and tissue tests.Interestingly, although several entertainment outlets interviewed Brittany's father after her death ... the death certificate lists the father as "UNKNOWN."Also interesting ... there's a line on the certificate for "INFORMANT." The name listed is "Tayebe Pajooh, cousin," who has a mailing address in North Carolina. A rep for the County tells TMZ an informant is someone who gives vital information, such as SS#, to the mortuary.

Plies Arrested!

Plies was arrested by the Feds after he got off stage at the concert in Atlanta for 107.9… The sources say:

“He was walking to his bus when they ran up on him and arrested him”…

According to sources he might be serving some hard time… Plies was arrested on July 2, 2006 for illegal gun possession while two members of his entourage were charged with attempted murder after a shooting that broke out at 238 West Nightclub in Gainesville, Florida. Plies was performing a concert when he was informed that his show would be cut 15 minutes short in order to give time for Lil’ Boosie to perform right after. In response, Plies’ entourage opened fire on the crowd, resulting in the injury of 5 people with non-life threatening wounds. Shortly after, Plies was released after paying $50,000 bail.

Well I knew that they were dating but I just wanted to fill you guys in! According to Freddy O, the two were spotted at Jingle Bash this past weekend. Oh, and if you didn't know who Shanell is she is D Woods sister who was apart of the all girl singing group Danity Kane.

But anywho, a source of Freddy O says..“Wayne is so in loves with that girl, I dont know what she did, but he is just mush when it comes to her, He loves her drive, Personality, and the fact that she’s so talented. She’s one of his best friends"

Ms. Nikki Says...The 42% Part 1...Being the majority

For the last 2 days my facebook as been in an uproar over a special ABC news did on why 42% of black women have never been married. (If you havent seen the video it is posted below) Because I have such a huge opinion on the matter im going to make this a 4 weeks series. So here is part one.

Ms Nikki Says.... Its tough when your the majority

42% of black women have never been married. Sad I know, but unfortunately true. According to the study ABC news did there are more black women then black men approximately 1.8 million more. Which means even if every black man married a black women that would still leave 1 out of every 12 black women unmarried. Then you have to take into account the amout of eligible black men that are on the market now-a-days. When you subtract the ones without a job, without a highschool diploma, and the ones in jail that leaves pretty slim pickings in the eligible black men department. In atlanta alone there are 17 women to every 1 man. Thats right I said 17 women! and you wonder why so many black women are single. In situations like this being the majority sucks! When there are so many women to go around I can't really blame men for not wanting to settle down. I'm not saying it's right, but think about it like this if you could have 17 men all to yourself why wouldnt you want to have them all. If one was acting cazy you could go to the next one because you would have one to spare.

42% of Black Women Have Never Been Married!

According to national statistics, 42 percent of black women have never been married, compared to 21 percent of white woman.

ABC News-Why 42% of Black Women Never been married! "There are 1.8 million more black women than black men. Take the available black men, eliminate those without a high school diploma, those without a job and the number of black men between the ages of 25-34 that are incarcerated that leaves only half of those black men that’s eligible to pop the question."




Here is a list of why I think 42% of black women have never been married!(1) the incarceration rate for black men is higher than men of other races, (2) the increase in black men dating and marrying outside of their race, (3) black men on the “down low” (living secret lives having sex with other men while pretending to be homosexual), (4) black women are “more independent” and don’t need a man to take care of them.

Question is: what can the average black woman do about it? What do you think?

Khloe Kardashian is Preggo Too?!

Keeping up with the Kardashians is one of my guily pleasures. I am watching the show now and Khloe took a pregnancy test and it was positive! I think its wayyy too soon but hey it seems everyone rushes things these days! It may have been a false pregnancy test but if she is congrats to her and Lamar! I will keep you guys updated!

Mom Calls 911 Over Son's Video Game Habit

According to USA Today, police say a frustrated Boston woman called 911 to say she couldn't get her 14-year-old son to stop playing video games and go to sleep.

Police spokesman Officer Joe Zanoli said Monday the mother called for help around 2:30 a.m. Saturday to say that the teenager also walked around the house and turned on all the lights.

Two officers who responded to the house persuaded the child to obey his mother.

Zanoli says the mother's 911 call over video game obsession "was a little unusual, but by no means is it surprising — especially in today's day and age when these kids play video games and computer games."

The Boston Herald first reported the 911 call, saying the boy was playing the popular "Grand Theft Auto" game.

Ok is it really that serious? She didn't handle that right because if it was my son...well you get the point!

I was talking to a friend of mine the other day and she was telling me about a break-up she is currently going through. Without putting all her business on front street she was basically just saying over and over how she couldnt believe he left her after she gave him her everything and how she didnt understand why he couldnt just get his priorities together while being in a relationship instead of wanting to be single...

Ms Nikki Says...

I think one of the mistakes people make in relationships is giving someone your everything. Its ok to give alot, but your everything is a little too much. Its like setting yourself up for failure because if the relationship ends then you're left with nothing and the hardest place to start over from is zero. Only god deserves your everything. Even if you think it could last forever there is a HUGE possibility that it wont. Its really not worth the risk. Im not saying that you cant love wholeheartedly, just remember to save a little of that love for yourself.

I also think that sometimes break-ups are needed in a relationship. Sometimes you just need to take a step back and re-evaluate some things to make sure you are making the right decisions and you're on the right path. Oftentimes you need to be single to do so because your better half can sometimes hinder your growth unintentionally. With all that being said, if you're ever in this particualr situation dont think your world is ending. Take this time and work on yourself...Besides, thats what your single time is for!

Murphy Sick Before She Passed

Brittany Murphy was very ill in the hours before she went into cardiac arrest and died, sources tell TMZ.

Murphy was taking prescription meds for flu-like symptoms she had been experiencing for several days. She also began vomiting early Sunday morning and told family members she was feeling very ill.

Sources say various prescriptions were found in the home -- written for Brittany Murphy, husband Simon Monjack, and Brittany's mom. One source says, "There were a lot ... a lot of prescriptions in the house."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Murphy collapsed in the bathroom and somehow ended up in the shower ... there was, we're told, a significant amount of vomit in the immediate area.

Authorities did not find illegal drugs in the house, but Murphy was definitely taking various prescription meds.

Sources say her condition and the meds could have triggered a heart attack, but it's too early to know. An autopsy will be performed Monday or Tuesday. TMZ reported earlier Monjack did not want an autopsy but ultimately it's the Coroner's call.

Brittany Murphy's mother told paramedics her daughter suffered from diabetes. TMZ reps were told it was type 2 diabetes and people involved in the case doubt her condition caused her death.

Tiger Woods Divorce Is ON!

Tiger Woods and his wife are headed to divorce court.

A "divorce is 100 percent on," a source close to Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren, tells ABC News.

The 29-year-old Nordegren -- who is rumored to be consulting L.A. based divorce lawyer Sorrell Trope -- "is not rushing to divorce, however," the source says. "She's going to take her sweet time. She wants all the dirty laundry to be out on the table before she signs anything."

Carrie Underwood Engaged!

For those of you who love Carrie, her rep comfirmed that she got engaged to Ottawa Senator hockey player Mike Fisher! Congrats to the couple..

According to the Ottawa Sun, he also confirmed the news at a press conference Monday. He said he popped the question Sunday, but declined to offer any other details.

"It's true," he said. "We're both obviously excited and very happy."

His teammate Chris Neil said Fisher, 29, called him shortly after he proposed. "I think it's great," Neil told reporters. "It's a long time coming. There's going to be a lot of broken hearts in Ottawa with all those girls who are in love with Mikey."

Avatar Makes 232 Million Worldwide!

James Cameron launched his science-fiction epic "Avatar" into a safe orbit as the costly film soared to No. 1 with $73 million domestically and $159.2 million overseas, for a $232.2 million worldwide total.

With that big a start, distributor 20th Century Fox was quick to proclaim it made a good investment with the estimated $400 million spent to make and market the film, which is Cameron's first narrative feature since 1997's "Titanic," the king of modern blockbusters.

"Absolutely. No question," said Chris Aronson, head of distribution for the studio, which reported stellar reaction in exit polls from audiences after seeing "Avatar." "The word of mouth is something that I don't know I've ever seen in this business before."

Brittany Murphy Updated

Brittany Murphy's death Sunday may have been shocking, but according to a coroner's official, "it appears to be natural."

At least for now.

"We are involved in an investigation of Brittany Murphy's death," Ed Winter, chief investigator for the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office, told E! News. "She evidently collapsed in the bathroom. She was transported to Cedars-Sinai hospital, where she passed away. We will probably be doing an autopsy tomorrow or Tuesday, of course the final results will be pending toxicology and further tests."

Winter made his remarks outside the Clueless star's home, where he was accompanied by seven Los Angeles Police Department officers.

There is no evidence of foul play, Winter added. "We come out, we look at everything, any prescriptions meds we do take. We will have to analyze everything and go from there.

"It appears to be natural at this time. She has a medical history and there might be some other issues, but I can't elaborate."

Beyonce's Mom Files For Divorce

I know some of you could care less but for you guys that didn't know Beyonce's mom, Tina, filed for divorce recently. I am guessing because her husband, Matthew, is rumored to have gotten another female pregnant! Don't you think he is a little too old to be having children? But any who Matthew and Tina Knowles recently put out statement about the divorce:

“The decision to end our marriage is an amicable one. We remain friends, parents, and business partners. If anyone is expecting an ugly messy fight, they will be sadly disappointed. We ask for your respect of our privacy as we handle this matter.”

Kevin Jonas Married?

According to E! Online Kevin Jonas, 22 the eldest of the brothers, has tied the knot! He married his longtime girlfriend,Danielle Deleasa, Saturday at snow-covered Oheka Castle in New York's Long Island.

The former hairdresser from New Jersey donned a Vera Wang gown and clutched an impressive bouquet by Pedestal Florists as she walked down the aisle at the French château-themed space. The remaining members of the singing trio, Joe and Nick, served as the best men.

The young couple met in 2007 while on vacation in the Bahamas with their respective families. Kevin popped the question in July with another custom-made sparkler from Jacob and Co.

Sad News: Brittany Murphy Dies at 32

Clueless was one of my favorite movies, I use to watch it all the time!

The 32-year-old actress went into full cardiac arrest early Sunday morning following a 911 call from her husband, Simon Monjack. She was pronounced dead upon arrival at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

"The sudden loss of our beloved Brittany is a terrible tragedy," her family says in a statement. "She was our daughter, our wife, our love and a shining star. We ask you to respect our privacy at this time."

Murphy starred in such films as 8 Mile, Uptown Girls, Sin City and Don't Say a Word, and voiced the part of Luanne Platter in the Fox animated series King of the Hill.

Former boyfriend Ashton Kutcher immediately twittered, "2day the world lost a little piece of sunshine. My deepest condolences go out 2 Brittany's family, her husband, & her amazing mother, Sharon."

ABDC Judge Charged With Molestation

Shane Sparks -- a judge on the MTV show America's Best Dance Crew and a choreographer on So You Think You Can Dance -- has been arrested in Los Angeles and charged with child molestation, reports TMZ.

The alleged incidents began occurring in 1994 and continued for several years, says the site. According to the criminal complaint, Sparks was charged with 9 counts of molestation, including a lewd act upon a child.

TLC to air updated 'Secret Life of Tiger Woods'

Tonight, TLC is presenting The Secret Life of Tiger Woods: A Dateline Special (9 p.m.) . It's an update to the recently aired Dateline show featuring the interview with Jaime Jungers. Dwight Howard got Baby Momma Drama!

So Dwight and his baby momma Royce Lyndsay Reed, who use to be a cheerleader for Orland Magic, have been full of drama lately!

According to TMZ, Howard just filed another lawsuit against his ex -- Royce Lyndsay Reed -- claiming she broke a court order by posting photos of their kid on Twitter.

According to documents filed by Howard earlier this month in Florida, Reed was ordered by a judge in 2008 to refrain from posting images of their son Braylon on "blogs, websites, etc."

The reason behind the 2008 court order -- the Orlando Magic star believes throwing the kid's pics on the web poses "a significant security threat to the child because [Dwight] is a highly-paid public personality."

And that's not all! Check this out according to MediaTakeOut he also filed a $9.5 million lawsuit against her and her girlfriends, for allegedly posting CRAZY stuff about him on the popular message board Lipstick Alley.

I would like to know why he is suing her for $9.5 million? He has money is it really that serious..I am hoping that story from MediaTakeOut is false! Now that's some real drama.

Mann I couldn't get with this show till now! The numbers for MTV's runaway hit continue to grow - only 1.375 million viewers tuned in the first week, while 2.1 million people caught the second week's episode.

But this week 2.481 million viewers caught the crazy cast getting white boy wasted and making out at the Shore!

Rumor Control: Kourtney Kardashian..Who's Ya Daddy?

So I am pretty sure you guys have heard that Kourtney Kardashian from Keeping Up With the Kardashians recently had a baby boy by Scott Disick. But, according to Star! Magazine the baby might not be his. Star! Magazine is claiming that it's a possibility that aspiring rapper/model Michael Gigenti might be the baby daddy.

The 23-year-old goes by the stage name of "Premo Stallone" and when he was asked whether or not paternity was a possibility, Girgenti answered, "You could say that, yeah."

A snitch tells Star, "Kourtney hooked up with Michael twice while she and Scott were on the outs. He's definitely been mentioned as a possibility for being the father of her baby."

hmmm..I doubt this is true..SMH

Keyshia Cole Preggers

Keyshia Cole and boyfriend Daniel Gibson, who plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers, are expecting their first child together! Her due date is around March which makes her 6 months pregnant. Although the couple has moved in with each other they are not planning on jumping the broom just yet. No word on what the gender of the baby is at this time.

Chris Henry 1983-2009

According to USA Today cops say that Chris Henry the wide reciever for the Cincinnati Bengals, died from head trauma. Henry's death was determined an accident by the Mecklenburg Medical Examiner on Friday. An autopsy showed that Henry died from blunt-force trauma to the head due to a fall from the back of a pick-up truck with fiance, Tonga, 25, at the wheel.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police spokeswoman Rosalyn Harrington confirmed that Tonga stopped after Henry "came out of the back" of the pickup she was driving on the curvy stretch of a residential road near the Tonga family home. "She pulled the vehicle over to get out and assist," Harrington said late Friday.

Although there were many speculations that it was a domestic despute many claim that his fiance wouldn't harm anyone. While the family is preparing for his funeral its not known if the mother of his two children, Tonga, will face any charges.

Lil' Wayne Detained

So I think everyone is convinced that Lil' Wayne wants to go to jail. Wayne was detained last night at by the US border patrol at the border of Texas. Police dogs sniffed out the marijuana that was on Weezys tour bus, even though none was on him. No one was arrested so Wayne and the other eleven people on the bus were released but the case is still open. Wayne is already in enough trouble with gun and drug charges. His prison sentence from his most recent gun charges starts February 2010.
