Shaq's accuser, Vanessa Lopez, claims she was in a relationship with Shaq for five years ... and that Shaq, who's married, told her he had an "open relationship." Lopez also claimed that she once told Shaq that she believed she was pregnant with his child.

Lopez claims Shaq repeatedly harassed her when she tried to break it off with him. Lopez says she "fears that someone is after her ... I want to feel safe again."

As TMZ first reported, this isn't Lopez's first rodeo ... she's also had run-ins with NBA stars Delonte West, Kenyon Martin and J.J. Redick.

TMZ reports before she decided to sue Shaquille O'Neal, Vanessa Lopez was accused of being the worst NBA one-night stand ever -- after Kenyon Martin accused her of going through his wallet post-hookup.

According to a 2007 police report filed in Colorado, Martin — a former #1 pick — claimed that Lopez got into his wallet without permission and used his credit card to buy $6485.90 worth of clothes on couturecandy.com.

Martin’s bank notified him of the fraudulent charges when they noticed an incorrect billing address was being used for the purchases.

According to the docs, the case was cracked because the perp shipped all the merchandise to a “Vanessa Lopez” in Florida.

Lamar & Khloe Odom JOINT Property!

According to TMZ the idiot.. I mean Lamar just filed legal papers to transfer half the ownership of his new $4 million mansion to his wife Khloe.

On January 5th -- one day after TMZ broke the story that title to the 8,347 square foot Tarzana, Ca mansion was held in Lamar's name alone -- Odom filed a new legal document to make the mansion JOINT property.

According to the prenup, Lamar has the right to keep the home in his name alone!

Brittany Murphy's Death Certificate

TMZ of course has obtainted Brittany's death certificate..you can barley see it but the manner of death is checked as "pending investigation." The immediate cause of death says, "deferred."As for manner, the possibilities include accident, natural, homicide, suicide and undetermined. As for cause, the L.A. County Coroner is awaiting toxicology and tissue tests.Interestingly, although several entertainment outlets interviewed Brittany's father after her death ... the death certificate lists the father as "UNKNOWN."Also interesting ... there's a line on the certificate for "INFORMANT." The name listed is "Tayebe Pajooh, cousin," who has a mailing address in North Carolina. A rep for the County tells TMZ an informant is someone who gives vital information, such as SS#, to the mortuary.
